FEWA Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Congratulations on the environmental upgrades you and your family have chosen for your home and welcome to our FEWA family!
FEWA believes that you are going to be so pleased with our products and services, that it will be natural for you to mention us to your friends, family members and neighbors.
FEWA clients can earn back the entire purchase price (up to $15,000) of their Water Treatment, Energy and HVAC systems and packages when 6 of their REFEREES choose to purchase one of our qualifying products. Just log on to www.fewareferrals.com and provide the names and contact information of those local friends, neighbors and family members that you believe could benefit from learning more about our environmental home solutions.
Directly after your referred friend/relative/neighbor participates in FEWA’s in-home water test or energy evaluation we will pay you $50 as our way of saying thank you for helping us spread the word about solutions to rising water and energy concerns. After six (6) of your referrals become FEWA clients, we will refund the entire price of your FEWA purchase (up to $15,000) to you.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. You MUST be a FEWA client who has made a qualified purchase to be eligible for this program.
  2. All REFERREE’s must live in a geographical market where Florida Energy Water & Air, Pure Energy Water & Air of Georgia and Pure Energy Water & Air of Alabama conduct business.
  3. Only one REFEREE per address please.
  4. If your REFERREE’s name and address already exists in our system, they will not be considered a new referral of yours.
  5. REFERREEs must be newly entered into our system as your referral prior to their first meeting with us.
  6. If two (2) or more FEWA clients provide the same referral during the same 30-day period, FEWA determines which client receives credit.
  7. All submissions must be made in good faith. FEWA will determine if your REFEREE is qualified to participate in the in-home demonstration. We reserve the right to disqualify those who do not meet FEWA’s minimum qualifications.
  8. FEWA contacts all REFERREEs by telephone. We will call to schedule an appointment that is convenient for them. This appointment must be scheduled within 30 days of their referral date to qualify for the program. All homeowners must be present and participate in the presentation to qualify for the $50 bonus check to you.
  9. Once FEWA determines that your referral participated in the full in-home water test or energy evaluation presentation, FEWA will pay a $50 Referral Bonus to you. This takes approximately 45 days to receive by mail.
  10. This is a 24-month new-client program and all REFERREEs are required to participate within said time frame.
  11. FEWA reserves the right to verify and disclose CLIENT/REFERREE information.
  12. Employees, agents, officers and directors of FEWA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, and their immediate families (and those living in their same households) are not eligible to participate in this promotion in any way.
  13. Referral entries that are lost, late, illegible or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible.
  14. Liability for any federal, state, and local taxes that may apply to referral fees paid to you are your responsibility. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service.
  15. FEWA reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this promotion at any time, without notice.
